Liability Waiver

Please note that all persons using this Bouncy Castle(s) and other Bounce123 equipment  do so at their own risk.  It is the responsibility of the person or organization hiring this inflatable or other “Bounce123” equipment to Ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avoid injury to people or damage to the Inflatable and following Safety Instructions are followed:

1. No food or drinks or gum to be allowed on or near the inflatable Bouncy Castle which will avoid choking risk and keep the Unit clean. (if the Inflatable is collected in a dirty condition or damaged then the person renting it will incur a cleaning and/or repairing charge)
2. Shoes, glasses, jewellery and badges MUST be removed before using the Inflatable to avoid injury.
3. No party poppers, streamers, silly string or ink-based products to be used either on or near the Inflatable. (Please note these products will cause damage to the inflatable that cannot be repaired)
4. No smoking or cooking equipment near the Bouncy Castle.
5. Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is dangerous and must not be allowed.
6. A responsible Adult must supervise the Bouncy Castle at all times.
7. Always ensure that the Bouncy Castle is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of Children using it. Try to avoid large and small Children from using it at the same time.
8. Please ensure Children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others. Somersaults are strictly forbidden as these are very dangerous on this type of equipment.
9. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step. The step is there to assist users in getting on or off.
10. Do not allow anyone to be on the Bouncy Castle during inflation or deflation as this is DANGEROUS.
11. No pets, toys or sharp instruments to be allowed on or near the Bouncy Castle.
12. Ensure that an area of 3 feet (1 metre) around the unit is completely clear. The Blower should be at least 1 metre away from the inflatable.
13. The Bouncy Castle should not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area.
14. In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the Bouncy Castle be switched off and motor unplugged. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel.
15. In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately. Also check the fuses and make sure the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone or something is obstructing the blower.

Liability Waiver

1. Customer agrees that “Bounce123” shall retain all the rights to ownership and title to the equipment.
2. This rental equipment will be returned in the same condition (ordinary wear and tear accepted).
3. Customer assumes all responsibility for injuries to persons or damages to property and agrees to release and hold Bounce123 harmless for any and all claims, of whatsoever nature, arising out of use of the rental equipment while in his/her custody.
4. Customer agrees to company right to enter premises of customer to repossess said equipment.
5. Customer agrees not to loan, sublet or otherwise depose of equipment or use it at any other location.
6. Customer agrees to pay in full the replacement cost, including labor, for all damages to rental equipment.
7. If the inflatable equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair the renter agrees to pay cost of replacing equipment.
8. Customer agrees that these guidelines are for the safety of all users (and users’ guardians) of the rental equipment and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times.
9. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. The person/s or organization renting this Equipment from Bounce123 will be held responsible and liable for any and all damage or injury occurring for any reason whatsoever. I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions as above. I am aware that while in my care I am fully responsible for the inflatable and will pay for any loss or damages that may occur, this will include the inflatable being returned in an unacceptable condition, i.e.: If it is in a dirty or muddy condition, I will be expected to pay an additional cleaning charge.
10. Full payment of the inflatable rental is to be paid before set up or upon equipment pick up by yourself.
11. Late charge of $50 on returns after 10am will apply. Full day charge will apply on returns after 12pm.
