If it rains on the day of your party, delivery can be canceled without penalties. Cancelation has to be done at the latest by 7:30 AM on the day of your event. In case of serious downpour or stormy conditions we will cancel delivery for safety reasons.

We will Deliver to following areas: Open Map

Delivery time is 9am – Noon (12:00). If early delivery option was chosen at booking time, delivery will occur before 10am.

The pickup time is after 7:00pm. If late pickup option was chosen at booking time, equipment pickup will occur after 9Pm.

Pickup times:
– Between 9 – 10 AM on the event date
– Evening before if available and by appointment only


Return times:
– Next morning by 8 AM
– Same night if available and by appointment only
– Next Morning between 8 – 10 AM when possible
– For late returns $15.00 will be charged for every hour until castle is returned.

SUV, pickup or minivan are recommended.  For SUV you will need to put entire back seats down.  We recommend to remove child seats if you have them.  For Minivans you will need to remove, stow away back seat.

Bouncers hold up to 800 LB of weight, or about 8 (eight years old) kids.

Our bouncers can be installed on the driveway as long as you have available space. If there are fences or a wall, for kid’s safety we require at least 3 feet distance between bouncer and the wall.

We will try to work within your party schedule. Our rental price is based on delivery and product cost bases. Our costs are the same, regardless of delivering for half-a-day or a full day rental.
